Stress Less (8 Sessions)
Do you find yourself overwhelmed? Are you experiencing frequent anxiety attacks? Do you shut down and check out when you're stressed? Are you agitated and irritated by everything? Is your health in jeopardy because of stress?
Stress can cause health related problems (i.e., hypertension, ) if it goes untreated as well as make it difficult to concentrate and increase the likelihood of procrastination.
Take the first steps to reduce your stress and anxiety. The weekly program consists of eight (8) weekly classes, one hour each. If the court orders more, we can accommodate you. This is a one hour workshop that meets for 2 weeks per month. Don't Wait to signup, space is limited. Seats will fill-up fast!
